AI Content Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Introduction

Reinvart is a creative-asset marketplace where creators can showcase, license, and collaborate on original creative work, and where buyers and collaborators can discover and connect with that work. This AI Content Policy explains how Reinvart approaches creative work that is produced using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and what we expect from creators and buyers as these technologies continue to evolve.

By using Reinvart, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We may update this policy as technologies, regulations, and platform features develop.

2. Reinvart’s Position

Reinvart supports human creativity and recognizes that creators may use a variety of tools throughout the creative process, including AI-powered tools. Our goal is to encourage transparency, trust, and informed decision-making. Reinvart seeks to support creators who contribute meaningful creative input while helping buyers understand how creative works are produced. As technologies and regulations evolve, Reinvart may update its approach to AI-assisted creative work to reflect emerging best practices and user needs.

3. Human-Created Work

For the purposes of ReinvART, human-created work is creative content where the primary creative expression, authorship, and decision-making are provided by the creator. Human-created work may include art, music, writing, design, photography, and other forms of creative expression developed primarily through human skill, judgement, and originality. The use of standard digital tools, editing software, or production technologies does not affect a work’s classification as human-created when the creator remains the primary author of the work.

4. AI-Assisted Work

ReinvART recognizes that creators may use AI tools as part of their creative process. Work may be considered AI-assisted when AI tools are used to support activities such as brainstorming, editing, refinement, ideation, enhancement, or production, while the creator remains responsible for the primary creative direction, decisions, and final outcome. Examples may include:

  • Using AI to generate ideas or inspiration
  • Using AI-assisted editing or enhancement tools
  • Using AI-powered production or workflow tools
  • Incorporating AI-generated elements into a work that is substantially developed, modified, or directed by the creator.

ReinvART values transparency and encourages creators to accurately represent how AI tools contributed to their work.

5. Creator Disclosure Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for providing accurate information about the creation of their work. Where requested by ReinvART, creators should disclose whether AI tools played a meaningful role in the creative process and should avoid misrepresenting the nature of their creative contribution. Creators may be asked to provide additional information regarding their creative process if questions arise concerning authorship, ownership, or compliance with platform policies. Transparency helps maintain trust between creators, buyers, collaborators, and the wider ReinvART community.

6. Ownership and Rights Responsibilities

Creators remain responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit, share, license, or discuss opportunities related to their work on ReinvART. The use of AI tools does not automatically grant ownership, copyright, licensing rights, or other intellectual property rights. Creators should ensure that their use of AI technologies complies with applicable laws, platform terms, and any relevant licensing conditions. Buyers and collaborators should independently evaluate the suitability of creative works for their intended purposes and may wish to seek professional advice regarding intellectual property matters where appropriate. For ownership disputes and copyright concerns, please refer to ReinvART’s Copyright & Dispute Policy.

7. Review & Enforcement

ReinvART may review content or request additional information where concerns arise regarding AI use, authorship, ownership, or compliance with platform policies. Creators are expected to cooperate in good faith when responding to reasonable requests for clarification or supporting information. Where ReinvART reasonably believes that content has been misrepresented, violates platform policies, or creates significant trust or ownership concerns, ReinvART may take appropriate action, including requesting corrections, restricting visibility, or removing content from the platform. ReinvART aims to apply its policies fairly, consistently, and in good faith while maintaining a trusted environment for creators, buyers, and collaborators.
