Copyright & Dispute Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

1. Introduction

Reinvart respects intellectual property rights and is committed to supporting creators, buyers, and collaborators through transparent ownership, licensing, and dispute-resolution practices.

This Copyright & Dispute Policy explains how Reinvart approaches intellectual property on the platform, what we expect from creators and users, and how concerns or disputes about ownership, licensing, or unauthorised use are raised and addressed. By using Reinvart, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Ownership of Creative Work

Creators retain ownership of the original work they present through Reinvart. Joining the platform, listing work, or making it discoverable does not transfer ownership to Reinvart, buyers, or collaborators.

Reinvart does not claim copyright over work submitted by creators. Any licence, sale, or collaboration involving a creator’s work requires clear terms and the creator’s approval.

3. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for ensuring that they own the rights to the content they submit or have the necessary permission to share it through Reinvart. By submitting content to Reinvart, creators confirm that they are authorized to share, present, and discuss potential licensing or collaboration opportunities related to that content. Creators should provide accurate information regarding the ownership and creation of their work and may be asked to provide supporting information if a copyright or ownership concern arises.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you believe that content displayed on Reinvart infringes your copyright, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights, you may submit a report to Reinvart for review. Reports should include:

  • A description of the work or content in question.
  • The location or link to the content on Reinvart.
  • An explanation of the concern.
  • Any supporting evidence that helps demonstrate ownership or authorization.

Reports can be submitted by contacting info@reinvart.com. Reinvart reviews reports in good faith and may request additional information where necessary.

5. Investigation Process

Upon receiving a copyright or ownership concern, Reinvart may review the information provided and request additional details from the reporting party and, where appropriate, the creator involved. During a review, Reinvart may temporarily restrict visibility of the content if doing so is considered necessary to protect the interests of affected parties.

Each report will be reviewed in good faith based on the information available. Reinvart may request supporting materials, clarification, or evidence before making a decision regarding the reported content.

6. Resolution Process

After reviewing the available information, ReinvART may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Leave the content available if the report is not supported by sufficient evidence
  • Request additional information from one or more parties
  • Temporarily restrict access to the content while further review takes place
  • Remove content that appears to violate applicable rights or platform policies
  • Encourage parties to resolve complex ownership disputes through appropriate legal or professional channels

ReinvART aims to act fairly, transparently, and in good faith based on the information available at the time of review.

7. False or Misleading Claims

ReinvART expects all copyright and ownership reports to be submitted honestly and in good faith. Submitting knowingly false, misleading, or fraudulent claims may result in the rejection of a report, suspension of platform privileges, or other appropriate action. Users should provide accurate information and supporting evidence when raising ownership or copyright concerns.

8. Viewing Does Not Grant Rights

Discovering or viewing creative work on Reinvart does not grant anyone permission to copy, publish, adapt, distribute, or commercially use that work. All rights remain with the creator unless and until a separate licence, sale, or collaboration agreement is agreed in writing.

Any permitted use will require clear terms and the creator’s approval. Reinvart encourages all parties to document agreed terms before any use of creative work begins.

9. Licensing and Collaboration

As the platform evolves, creators will be able to review the proposed use of their work before accepting a licence. The agreed terms will define how, where, and for how long the work may be used.

Reinvart is being designed to support clear creator attribution. Licensing and collaboration terms will identify the original creator, the creator’s role, and any agreed credit requirements.

10. Reporting a Copyright Concern

If you believe that work presented through Reinvart infringes your intellectual property rights, or that your rights have otherwise been violated, please contact us at info@reinvart.com with the following information:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • A description of the work you believe has been infringed, including where it can be found if available.
  • A description of the work on Reinvart that you believe infringes your rights, and enough detail for us to identify it.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and that the information you provide is accurate.

11. How We Respond

When we receive a credible report, we will review it promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the reported work, contacting the relevant creator, and, where necessary, suspending access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

Reinvart reserves the right to remove content or restrict access at its discretion where there is a credible concern about ownership, infringement, or misuse.

12. Counter-Notice

If you are a creator whose work has been removed or restricted following a report, and you believe the report was made in error, you may contact us at info@reinvart.com with a statement explaining why you believe the removal was unwarranted. We will review both the original report and your response before deciding what further action, if any, is appropriate.

13. Dispute Resolution

Reinvart encourages creators, buyers, and collaborators to resolve concerns directly and in good faith wherever possible. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, we may offer to facilitate communication, but Reinvart does not act as an arbitrator of legal rights and cannot determine ownership or infringement.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through Reinvart may need to be pursued through the appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this policy is intended to override the statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

14. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly present work that infringes the rights of others, or who repeatedly submit bad-faith reports. This helps us maintain a platform that creators and buyers can trust.

15. No Legal Advice

This policy provides general information about how Reinvart approaches intellectual property and disputes. It is not legal advice. Creators and buyers are encouraged to seek independent legal advice on copyright, licensing, and their specific circumstances.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Copyright & Dispute Policy as Reinvart evolves, for example when full licensing features launch or new dispute-handling tools are introduced. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and encourage you to review this page periodically.
